I just purged just by willing it instead of any physical manipulation. I feel grossly proud that I have so much control even though I know it's not really power. 

I keep saying I'm better and I think I am mostly but I'm kind of a liar. 

I could be doing worse.

Not sure that's really anything to be proud of.

An unpublished post I don't think I should delete just because it sucks.

The point of this is to remember. 

Also if this is published as new I want to make sure me and Nobody know this was almost a year old wow!
